Conveniently located near the marina, picnic area, pool, tennis and rec hall, yet tucked away on a quite circle. A nice and BIG covered porch overlooks a 60' wide canal with outdoor patio furniture, gas grill and lounge chairs. Unit also has a combined smoke/carbon monoxide detector.
