Summerland Key Oceanfront Our longtime winter tenant who has rented our house from November through April for the last 7 years has bought his own house in the Keys so for the first time in years those months are available.Please check out the new updated photos of all the repairs and updates. The house now has new impact windows and doors, new paint in and out, new decking and screens, new tile throughout, the pool has just been resurfaced and upgraded, and new rails and balconies have been installed as well as a new metal roof and new AC. This is a spacious oceanfront home with breathtaking open water views! It is located on beautiful Summerland Key spanning two large lots, the front yard is 100ft of direct ocean frontage, private beach with a canal and over 200 feet of seawall running down the side of the house teaming with lobsters, parrot fish, queen angels, snappers, and many others. Max, the barracuda has been greeting boaters at our seawall returning from a successful day of fishing for over 15 years. A private boat slip cuts into the backyard and just beyond that is a huge, heated pool. With nearly 250 feet of deep water dockage and your own private boat basin you will have quick access to the Atlantic and the Gulf for world-class boating, fishing, lobstering, diving, and snorkeling. The house is located on the Atlantic end of Niles Channel which is one of the deepest passages between the Atlantic and the gulf in the lower keys. You can even swim and snorkel in the clear waters right off the front yard beach. Looe Key Marine Sanctuary, Big Pine Key, home of the Key Deer, and Bahia Honda State Park, are all just minutes away. Dive shops, marinas, banks, gas stations, groceries, and restaurants are also close by.
