See amenity details.About the Living Space: Newly renovated, the house is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom elevated living space with an open floor plan. Off the main living area are two bedrooms: the ocean view bedroom has a king-size bed and the palm room, with a canal view and small ocean view has a queen-size bed. The Palm room has its own private full bathroom. The sunroom has a day bed that folds out to become queen size as well. Central air, ceiling fans, and tile floors throughout the upper living area. There is a lower-level laundry room and the large upper-level deck provides shade around the house down below.
