Located in a small, manufactured home community called "Bone Island'', this home is but a brief 10-15 minute Uber ride to all the excitement that is Key West and the famous Duval Street. Enjoy being a close to some of the best food, such as Hogfish Grill, Roostica or Chicos Cantina. Travel over to Hurricane Hole for happy hour and kayak tours from Lazy Dog or rent a boat for the day out of Stock Rock Cafe at Cow Key Marina.***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGEDETAILS AND AMENITIES:This home has all the basic amenities you'll need to relax under the tropical sky and enjoy all the creature comforts you expect. After a day of adventures in the salty waters, come home to this perfect retreat. Settle down on your cozy furnishings for an evening of your favorite tv shows (cable tv and wifi included) and cook your fresh catch of the day in the well stocked kitchen, which includes a stainless refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster and Keurig coffee maker. There is also a stackable washer/dryer in the unit.SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS…The primary bedroom features a brand new king size bed. The second bedroom features a twin/trundle that sleeps 2. For additional sleeping, the sleeper sofa in the living rooms pulls out to a queen bed. The hall bathroom includes a shower/tub combination.OUTDOOR LIVING…Enjoy elevated views of the Atlantic Ocean and grill your fresh catch of the day! The private dock is the perfect spot to watch gorgeous sunsets unfold at the end of the day (kayaks not included). Wash the day off in the hot tub or jump in the ocean for a refreshing swim! Trailer parking is not included (see PARKING below). Key Haven public ramp is 0.7 miles.***The dock is 32 feet in length. Due to extreme tide fluctuation please refer to your tide charts for boating and dockage depths.PARKING...There is one private parking spot included with your stay--no trailers. Contact Hurricane Hole Marina for trailer parking. $25/day or $120/week. PETS...1 dog under 35 lbs is permitted at this home. Please include the size/breed when inquiring. CONCIERGE SERVICES...Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more.
