You must request the reservation of the slip/parking in order to use it. IMPORTANT: There is no ramp, so your vessel must be launched at a public or private marina and navigated to the slip. Ocean access is limited by a low bridge with 7’ of clearance at up to 1’ to low tide. Boats with no top or collapsible tops should have no issue.Important Details:In order to keep our units in the best condition possible for our guest, no pets, no smoking, no candles/open flames or frying fish in the units. For your safety electronically controlled combination entry lock codes are changed with every booking.Fully licensed by Monroe County for vacation rental so you have peace of mind that you will not be stranded with a cancelled booking due to code compliance.
