Sitting on a private, family-owned, gated property, right on the Gulf of Mexico, this adorable cottage offers you and your guests the chance to relax in hammocks beneath swaying palms, cook out under the tiki hut, fish from the long pier while the sun sets on the horizon, exploding in color. Most of our guests can't believe they can still enjoy this hidden gem, owned and managed by the same Keys family for decades. "Banana Cabana" has an amazing water view and is only about 120' from the sandy beach! Two equal sized bedrooms, each with queen beds, plus a pull-out sofa in the living room, make this an affordable option for up to six guests. There's a nicely outfitted kitchen and 1 bath with shower. A small deck is great for enjoying a cocktail or two while watching the unforgettable sunsets each night. Located at MM 99.2, right in the heart of Key Largo, our property is close to great restaurants, shopping, fishing, diving, and all of Key Largo’s main attractions, like John Pennekamp Park and swim with dolphin programs. The gated, lushly landscaped grounds make up almost 3 acres and include 4 other rental houses, plus multiple dock slips, so bring your boat! A fishing pier, sandy beach, tiki huts, hammocks, and picnic tables add to the laid-back, "keysey" charm. We also provide kayaks and paddle boards free for guest use!As an added bonus, there is staff on site to make sure your vacation is everything you dreamed about.
