The first eye catcher is the refreshing pool the kids will actually have room to play in and the tiki bar right there so you can relax poolside. 150' dock so you have plenty of room to tie up a boat or two. Dock has a step down area with a ladder for easy in and out, also has a fish cleaning station. Throughout the yard there are several fruit trees, star fruit, mangos, and avocados. There are several patios and decks to hang out on. Sit out back and look over the canal or out front and watch the sunrise or sit in the screened in deck, sip coffee while you gaze at the canal (my favorite morning spot).Upstairs you have an open kitchen, dining and living room. All of the bedrooms are spacious, one has a king size bed and workspace in case you need to take care of some business. All of the bedrooms are spacious. Everything you need to relax and recharge. All this with some interesting lobster house history, if you stay you'll learn the insights of the past for the Lobster Nirvana 🦞
