Conveniently located just 23 miles from the famous Duval Street. Wood dock can accommodate up to a 26' boat, 3' boat draft.DETAILS AND AMENITIES...Located towards the end of a quiet road, this location has some of the best boating the Keys has to offer. Base Camp is sure to provide everything you would want on vacation. Find a bright and open space with lots of natural lighting and a multitude of windows. Cool tile flooring throughout and vaulted ceilings create a welcoming gathering space perfect for entertaining. A fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful tile bar top seating for 3 and an indoor dining table for 4. Oversized, super comfortable couch in open living room with views of your upstairs screened in balcony with several seating areas. On the ground level, you will have a Weber grill and a Blackstone to cook all your fresh catches. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...Find the primary suite on one side of the house with a Queen Tempur-Pedic adjustable bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and tub. The primary bedroom has sliding glass doors that open up to the screened balcony. Spacious guest bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen bed and closet. The full guest bathroom is just a few steps away from the bedroom. OUTDOOR LIVING...Breathe in the fresh ocean air in your private and spacious outdoor space. Relax on one of the loungers, picnic table, or outdoor shaded seating area. Weber grill and Blackstone are ready for you to cook up some fresh seafood. This is a boat lovers dream!! Wood dock can accommodate a boat up to 28' and has a fish cleaning table.AN EXPERIENCE YOU WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER...PETS...This is not a pet-friendly home.CONCIERGE SERVICES...We are partnered with a fabulous concierge service that can assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!Guests are only allowed to check-in on premises between 4:00 P.M. and 11:00 P.M.This is a 28-night minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. ***The renter will be asked to send a photo of their drivers license upon booking. All reservations subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Rental Manager within 24 hours. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Rental Manager for the reservation to be confirmed. To ensure that you are protected, as well as the owner, we offer a $55 Damage Waiver Insurance. If you chose to opt out of the Damage Waiver a refundable Security Deposit of $1500 will be collected at time of booking. There will be a 4% credit card processing fee that will be added when paying with a credit card.Rates for the year: January $6,000, February $7,000, March -July $6,000 a month, August and September $2400 a month, October $4,200, November and December $6,000.
