On a clear, deep canal just a few minutes from the channel, this house gives you easy access to the ocean or backcountry.You'll enjoy a quiet and cool vacation inside this solid concrete home just 30 miles from Key West. It's a light and bright space with warm bamboo floors, high ceilings and large rooms. The primary suite has a large walk-in closet, desk, flat-screen TV, large shower and double sinks. The large second and third bedrooms are separated by a shared full bathroom with shower and double sinks. There's also a half bath and separate laundry room. High-speed Internet and flat-screen TVs available for your streaming pleasure -- no cable TV.Large covered & screened porch with dining and seating areas right outside the main living area's sliding glass doors. Downstairs, there's a heated canalfront pool, 45 feet of concrete dockage, gas grill, privacy fence, bait freezer, refrigerator and plenty of room to stash your gear.Bedroom and bathroom details:- Primary suite: King bed, walk-in closet, large shower and double vanities.- 2nd bedroom: Queen bed, large closet and jack-and-jill bathroom with shower and double vanities that is shared with 3rd bedroom.- 3rd bedroom: Queen bed, twin bed with twin-size trundle and large closet.- Half bath: Off hallway near main living area.Please note:Guest must sign a rental agreement. This home requires a minimum 28-day stay per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 8 people, and all overnight guests need to be registered with the property manager. No smoking. No pets. There's a cap on electric ($300) and water/sewer ($200). Pool heat, available upon request, is $15 per day.
