WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well. Pet Policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 12 guests must be approved prior to booking. Parking: There is room for 2 cars in front of the home and 1 car in front of the barn. Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip. Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.The main floor features a welcoming living room that flows seamlessly into the kitchen, creating a perfect space for gatherings. Three bedrooms on this level offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for all. One bedroom boasts a plush king-size bed, another features two king-size beds ideal for couples or families, and the third offers a king-size bed, along with a twin bunk bed set for additional guests.Head downstairs to discover another bedroom perfect for the kids, featuring two sets of full-over-full bunk beds. This lower level also features a second living area with a big screen TV, perfect for movie nights. You'll also find a bathroom, laundry facilities, and a couple of arcade games to keep everyone entertained.But the real star of the show is the incredible barn next door, included in your rental! This fantastic space is a game room/fishing/game day haven with ping pong, a pool table, foosball, arcade games galore, and a big screen TV for watching the game.. Step outside the barn to enjoy your own private firepit, perfect for roasting marshmallows under the stars. For the fishing enthusiasts, the barn even has its own private dock, ideal for casting a line and enjoying some quality time on the water.Back at the house, unwind on the large porch overlooking the canal. With plenty of seating and dining options, it's the perfect spot for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or an evening barbecue with stunning water views. We do not allow parties.- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.- No jumping or diving into the water. Children must be supervised at all times.- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
