An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.BATHROOMS: All 4 bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer.KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). Each dining table has seating for 5 and the kitchen bar has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.AMENITIES: The focal point is the heated, waterfront pool overlooking Biscayne Bay. The communal pool level also features a gym, propane BBQ, outdoor bar, and more. Amenities are open from sunrise to sunset.FREE PARKING: Free, unassigned parking is available for 2 cars. Additional parking is not available.
