To complete your reservation, please be sure to sign & return the rental agreement which is sent to you after you reserve online and is the same as the online agreement.- Book 7 nights or more: get 5% to 10% off automatically. Certain dates restriction.For your comfort we provide the following:- The Villa is fully furnished and completely equipped with linens and towels.- Welcome amenity: bottle of wine, small shower gel for your first night, original nespresso capsules for your fist day.- 6 TVs total. 82" TV in the living room. - All TVs are smart TVs.- One crib available upon request.- The pool company comes once a week, normally on Wednesdays and most likely mid day. Landscaping comes every 2 weeks.Guest Access:Someone from the team will be there to welcome you, give you keys, show you around the property and answer any questions you may have.The Neighborhood:Gated community and safe and quiet neighborhoodGetting Around:Perfectly located on a private and gated Island community, less than 10 minutes driving to the beach and 20 minutes driving to the best Miami Beach shopping and entertainment.Other Things to Note:Noise The Property is a residential neighborhood. Excessive noise at a level that disturbs the neighbors is prohibited. Code-Enforced Quiet Hours. Compliance with Code-Enforced Neighborhood Quiet Hours of 10 PM - 8 AM is required and the Guest is for any fines resulting from a violation. Music. Guests are prohibited from having a disc jockey (DJ) or live music on the Property, including inside the Property, outside, in the garage, and in any covered areas. Music devices, other than the provided Sonos, are prohibited.Interaction with Guests:Someone from our team is available to your time night time.
