Immerse yourself in the immersive sounds of the Sonos system while enjoying the outdoor BBQ area and much more.Experience the perfect blend of style and comfort at Casa Baya, your ideal retreat in the heart of Miami.The Space:For your comfort we provide the following:- The house is fully furnished and completely equipped with linens and towels.- Welcome amenity: shower gel, shampoo and conditionner, original nespresso capsules for your first day.- We meet you upon arrival and departure to give you a tour of the house and give you a maximum of explanation to make your stay more enjoyable.- Free wifi - Sonos System- 5 TVs total.All TVs are smart TVs with access to netflix and prime videos when you sign in with you account.- One crib available upon request.- The pool company comes once a week, normally on Wednesdays and most likely mid day. Landscaping comes every 2 weeks.- Additional housekeeping can be arranged at an additional cost. Please contact the Property Manager for more information. Stays more than 7 days will require one additional cleaning per week to maintain the quality of the villa.Rental policies:- No parties, no drugs, no exception. Please refer to the rule of house. Violation of these rules will result in the immediate removal of the Guest and the Guests party, pursuant to § 82.045 Fla. Stat. (2018).- Our bookings require a minimum age of 25 years old.- Check-in time: 4PM, Check-out time: 11AM- Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.- No RVs and no commercial vehicles allowed to park.- smoking is allowed outside only. $100 will be charged if the house has a smell of smoke.- We do not work with agents and the house should not be advertise anywhere else than this listing. No sub-renting allowed.We are thankful to be allowed to do short term in this neighborhood but ask that you respect our neighbors but following our house rules.The Neighborhood:Very quiet and safe neighbors. Please be respectful to the neighborsGetting Around:Conveniently situated, Casa Baya is less than a 10-minute drive to the beach and only 20 minutes away from the vibrant shopping and entertainment scene of Miami Beach.
