Everything at the Ritz Charlton is luxury to the extreme. Guests have access to all amenities including spa, swimming pools, restaurants and bars, tennis, nearby golf, and kids activities as well.Please note that there is no furniture on the small balcony.Please note that every hotel has its own policy in regard to pets and service animals. This deposit will be fully refunded upon the return of the keycard. Failure to return the keycard will result in the deduction of the deposit as a replacement fee. We kindly remind all patrons to ensure the timely return of their keycards to avoid any unnecessary charges.Check out is at 11am unless requested and approved for later than 11am for $90. We charge an unauthorized late checkout fine of $250. For your information, please be aware that The Ritz charges a security deposit of $300 per night. This amount can be used for bar, restaurant, and hotel services.DON'T FORGET: Bring an umbrella. Reserve a spot for your child by 5 p.m. the day before.TOILET: We ensure that our toilets are in perfect working condition prior to guest stay. Guests are responsible for any clogging and plumbing issues caused by flushing toilet paper, paper towels, sanitary products, and other materials.
