Access to all amenities including separate family and adult outdoor pools, 11 tennis courts and 4 restaurants. 25,000-square-foot spa encompasses saunas, hot tubs, and a eucalyptus steam room.The apartment comes with an assigned parking space. The unit has 2 very comfy full size beds, 1 lounge chair, 1 bathroom, kitchenette and all kitchen essentials. We provide complimentary tea and coffee. Regular Check-in at the Hotel's front desk. The apartment looks exactly as shown on the pictures.NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING. There is an assigned self parking spot that is free of charge or you can utilize the valet parking at $45 per day charged by the front desk. YOU HAVE ACCESS TO ALL AMENITIES OF THE HOTEL.Please note that every hotel has its own policy in regard to pets and service animals. We strongly recommend contacting the hotel to arrange for your pets arrival.Also, we are happy to provide toiletries for your arrival, however, please note that we do not restock items during your stay.**The Hotel has advised that they are conducting a Beach Replenishment Project beginning March 8th and they expect it to conclude end of March, early April. We wanted to let you know in advance as this will not affect your stay (and they do not work on the weekends) however you may see the work trucks hauling sand to various parts of the beach and laying it down. We like to keep our guests fully informed of any projects from the hotel so there are no surprises upon arrival or during your stay.Guest Access:There is a receptionist to assist you in accessing your assigned unit. This deposit will be fully refunded upon the return of the keycard. Failure to return the keycard will result in the deduction of the deposit as a replacement fee. We kindly remind all patrons to ensure the timely return of their keycards to avoid any unnecessary charges.Check out is at 11am unless requested and approved for later than 11am for $90. We charge an unauthorized late checkout fine of $250. For your information, please be aware that The Ritz charges a security deposit of $300 per night. This amount can be used for bar, restaurant, and hotel services.DON'T FORGET: Bring an umbrella. Miami may average a balmy 77 degrees, but it also sees its fair share of rainstorms — about 128 days each year. Also, sunscreen, swim essentials and comfortable shoes. You can walk to many areas in Key Biscayne, or if you choose to explore downtown Miami by car and walk to the many shops, restaurants and vendors.KIDS: The Ritz Kids program offers fun activities for children ages 5–12. Activities are customized to the age of each child but include fun events like face painting, animal shows, magic shows, poolside games, arts and crafts, kickball and even live “mermaids” by the pool. Snack breaks with kid-friendly treats like chicken fingers, fresh fruit, popcorn and more are included.
