We also have complimentary coffee at our kitchen coffee station to get you ready for your day ahead.For those of you looking to work while you are on vacation, don't worry we got you covered too! We have a workspace area located in our master bedroom. Also, you don't have to worry about using hotspots because this house gets over 200MB of internet download speeds. Perfect for working or gaming!While this home is equipped to host 8 people, we think the perfect group size is 6. We're happy to host all 8, but keep in mind it will be a little cozier.For those of you tired of eating out and want to eat a nice home cooked meal, we have all the essential utensils, pots and pans to make what you desire! We also carry enough plates and cups for all guests.In the backyard we have a gas and charcoal BBQ grill but guests do need to provide their own propane tank. We also have basketball court with a basketball and football located in the outdoor bench for those looking to break a sweat.BEDROOMSBedroom 1: Queen BedBedroom 2: Queen BedBedroom 3: Queen BedLiving Room: Sofa Queen BedHOUSEKEEPINGThere is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the home will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the home. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.Our Alphatec Office is located adjacent to the house with entrance in the backyard, and while it is a separate private area from the rest of the main home, it is accessed via the side gate in the backyard. If guests are in the backyard during Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM, Guests may encounter our two Alphatec staff members briefly, when they enter or exit the office. Please let me know beforehand if this will be an issue so I can better accommodate.Off-limit areas include the section of the backyard beyond the small white gate which leads to the shed. Also, garage is inaccessible for guests but you are free to park in front of it.
