All deposits will be forfeited if we find evidence of smoking inside the UNIT. • Refundable damage deposit required of $500-$1,000, depending on length of stay. • Pets are allowed (up to 20 pounds). Refundable pet deposit of $250. One pet maximum allowed with all proper paperwork.Supplied: all towels and linens.
