From the prime location and unbeatable walking distance to shopping centers, diverse restaurants, and bars, to the proximity to Aventura mall and Sunny Isles beach, you'll have everything you need right at your doorstep.At Village By The Bay, we pride ourselves on offering not just luxury and convenience, but also comfort. We understand that booking a vacation rental, corporate housing, or temporary residence can be a daunting task, which is why we make the process as easy and convenient as possible.To book your stay at Village By The Bay, simply make your reservation at least two weeks in advance. A rental application is required, and guests must attend an orientation meeting at the Condo Association office to obtain the security FOB, which grants access to site amenities and a bar code sticker for car entry through the security gate. The Condo Association office is open Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, except on statutory holidays.To ensure that your stay with us is as enjoyable as possible, we recommend avoiding checking in on Saturdays, as access to amenities may be limited.But don't just take our word for it, come see for yourself what makes Village By The Bay the epitome of luxury living.
