Its great location provides very easy access to South Beach, Sunny Isles and Miami Beach to the south, and Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale area to the north. It is also near the Gulfstream Village Park and Casino, Waterway Shoppes, Bal Harbour mall, plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and much more.The whole apartment has brand new, extra shiny white porcelain tile.Equipped with: fitted and flat sheets, pillow cases, covers towels, bath mats, toothbrush holder, soap, tissues.This is a non smoking apartment. It is strictly prohibited to smoke inside the apartment. The living room has a 55' LED flat screen TV and a comfortable L-shaped sofa. Fully equipped kitchen with all new top of the line stainless steel appliances, dishes, pots, pans, utensils.Balcony with table and chairs.The laundry closet has bi-fold doors, and keeps the full size washer & dryer (detergent supplied).
