Massive main master bedroom with king bed, ensuite master bath, and walk-in closet, also provides access to the hot tub through the french doors. Master bath include separate shower and large soaking tub.Spacious secondary master bedroom includes queen bed and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower.Large third bedroom can be configured as (1) king bed or (2) separate twin beds.Separate third full bath with tub/shower combination is shared by all guests. Huge enclosed screened pool area includes a separate (6) person hot tub, television, table, lounges, fire pit and grill. Lush tropical backyard with lime, mango, and mulberry trees, as well as, a pineapple garden, provide perfect additions to a meal or adult beverage when available.Private boat dock facing a wildlife sanctuary provides peaceful solitude and privacy, perfect for relaxing, fishing, or wildlife watching. Dock easily accommodates 30ft vessel, with water and power available, and optional access (additional fee) to 12,000lbs lift. Free public ramp is only minutes away, with trailer storage space available on property. Ocean access is approx. 45 min. boat ride to the St. Lucie inlet, or choose several other boat only accessible locations to drop anchor and enjoy the day.Include with the rental is use of (2) single seat kayaks.
