Downstairs there are 4 exits: Two French doors leading to the back porch, one French door leading to the carport, and the front door.Walk out onto the back patio and turn right to the fire pit, then head down the stairs leading towards the water. Kayaks are provided for your enjoyment.Guest Access:Guests have access to the entire home and grounds, except for a locked closet.The Neighborhood:Parks:+ Withlacoochee State Trail. ~ 5 minutes. 46 miles of paved river and forest viewing; small town charm and railroad history. + Rainbow River Spring Head ~ 15 minutes. Park closes at capacity and once full doesn't open again until the next day. Rainbow river is 72 degrees all year round and crystal clear. + Rainbow River State Park Tube rentals ~ 10 minutes away. Uptime is not guaranteed.+ We have doorbell and driveway cameras. They will be on during your stay.+ Children under 16 must wear a bicycle helmet in the state of Florida.+ We reserve the right to collect ID directly from our guests before allowing access to the property. This is in addition to identification you may be asked to provide to the booking platform.+ We warmly welcome guests who value a peaceful and respectful environment. Please note that parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted, and we ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum to respect our neighbors.
