The house is surrounded by a well maintained natural garden, with owner & locally based maintenance team readily available to ensure your pleasant stay. The private pool is solar heated! The house come equip with everything you'll need for a home away from home like towels/linens, all kitchenware, board games, beach towels, beach toys, booggie boards, beach cart, bikes, scooters, game boards, etc. Located in the prestigious yet laid back island of Longboat Key, you are near venues for golf, tennis, fishing, kayaking, boating, water skiing, and wind surfing. The world class shopping and restaurants in St. Armand Circle and laid back charms of Anna Maria Island are minutes away. A private pool is accessible from both the master and guest bedrooms. The deep salt water canal with a new dock can accommodate boats up to 27 ft. Our boat dock is available for docking your private boat or kayaks, or just for fishing enjoyment. Our home comes completely equipped with everything you'll need for a beach holiday! During your stay here, you can enjoy our well kept garden or relax in our complete Tommy Bahamas furnished interior, which comes fully equipped with modern conveniences such as wireless internet (bring your own laptop), cable TV in living and master bedroom, phone line, a full library of DVD movies, Ihome for Iphone/Ipod/Ipad docks, board games, outdoor BBQ grill, and new cooling/heating system. The kitchen comes fully equipped for your culinary adventures or just simple grilling out on the new outdoor Weber gas grill. For your beach activities we have coolers, matching Tommy Bahamas' beach chairs and beach cart, 4 bicycles, scooters, boogie boards, beach/pool toys/beach umbrellas. The pool is well maintained and has a weekly service. The home is tiled throughout (including garage), and updated appliances including washer and dryer make this property the ideal home away from home.
