This spacious 1440 sq ft townhouse includes a 1 car garage on the ground floor, kitchen, half bath and spacious living room/dining room on the first floor that includes a sleeper sofa, two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king bed the guest bedroom has twin beds (can be pushed together to make a full size bed) each bedroom has it's own full bath. There is a screened in back lanai with a relaxing pond view. Enjoy a Gulf horizon view from the living area and kitchen. The location is perfect with world class restaurants and Harry's Convenience store within walking distance. There are public beach accesses within a mile in either direction with the beach being just across the street, bike trails in front of the complex with Sarasota Bay on the opposite end of the property with a beautiful bay view and fishing pier available for guests. Must be 25 or older to rent. During the months of January thru April, rentals need to start on a Saturday in full week increments. Bikes are available for guest's use.
