Lower level features a unique bedroom with an additional bathroom and even a kitchenette with breakfast bar. Includes cable and wireless internet. Heated outdoor pool surrounded by beautiful landscaping. Best of all is the proximity to the beach, just a 5-10 minute walk to a beautiful private beach area. Boaters welcome! There is a boat tie up area that includes cleats attached to the canal sea wall as well as two posts for tying up. Renter must provide own boat bumpers. There is a gravel area next to the house to park a boat trailer or even a small RV. Also with nearby shopping, restaurants, and night life, you really can customize your vacation to be whatever you like and make the best vacation memories possible!
