You'll enjoy sipping your coffee in the morning as well as watching the beautiful sunsets in the evening while sitting on the screened-in lanai just off the great room. This is the jewel of the condo. What a view of the lake and golf course from the great room! It’s furnished with an elegant, three seat sofa and two seat loveseats for you and your family to rest or watch your favorite TV show or movie on the large 65" Smart TV. It also offers a comfortable seascape chair to enjoy while you're reading your favorite book. The stunning, expansive kitchen has modern, white cabinets and a large white quartz island, with lots of space to enjoy a meal or entertain. You will love cooking in the kitchen as it is equipped with everything you need such as silverware, dishes, pots and pans, bakeware, and cooking utensils. The dining room has a bay window which offers beautiful lake and golf course views and has an extra spacious desk for all your work needs. Enjoy a good night's sleep in an elegant and luxurious master suite with a brand new beautiful furniture set. In the ocean inspired master suite, there is a king bedroom set with two nightstands and a 55” Smart TV. Also, enjoy a roomy walk-in closet for you to store all your belongings. The master bathroom offers a glass shower door leading you to a spacious walk-in shower, white cabinets, and a beautiful white quartz countertop. The second bedroom, inspired by the tropics, has one queen bed, two nightstands, and a spacious closet for you to store your personal belongings. The beautiful second bathroom is around the corner. The laundry room has a washer & dryer with an upper shelf and plenty of space to store laundry supplies. It also includes cleaning supplies such as a mop, broom with a dustpan and a vacuum for your everyday needs.The condo offers a separate storage room to store your bicycles, golf equipment or anything you don’t want to store inside. You have access to one designated carport space and there are more parking spaces available in the parking lot for your guests.There is a wonderful array of amenities in Lakewood National. Enjoy golfing on two 18 hole, Arnold Palmer designed golf courses, Commander and Piper. The community also boasts 8 lighted Har-Tru clay tennis courts, 4 pickleball courts and 2 Bocce Ball courts. The impressive clubhouse includes a full service spa. Imagine yourself getting a relaxing massage, facial or a manicure and pedicure. Next to the spa is a state-of-the-art gym and behind the clubhouse, you'll find a palatial resort pool with beautiful waterfalls surrounded by palm trees and tropical plants. The pool has a Baja shelf entry and large umbrellas to offer shade while you're lounging in the water. You can also enjoy a meal or cocktail at the Tiki Bar Restaurant which overlooks the pool...pure heaven! There’s also a smaller, satellite pool near the condo if you want a quieter atmosphere. The second and larger clubhouse is open now. You must see!The transfer fee is $642.00, and it includes the 7% sales tax. This fee must be paid if you want to have all the amenities transferred which will include a golf membership to you, for the entire length of your stay. Furthermore, there will be a charge per round effective January 1st 2023 per HOA changes ($75 for 18 holes) and ($45 for 9 holes) each time you want to play. Prices are subject to change. Cancellation fee $275.00 without exceptions. HOA fee is processed at the time of reservation, and the fee is not refundable
