With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this vacation rental sleeps up to six guests. The living area is the perfect place for you, and your guests can sit back, watch your favorite movie, and enjoy each other’s company. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and ample cabinet space for all your meal and snack essentials. In addition to the bistro table in the kitchen, there is an outdoor table ideal for sipping evening drinks and feeling the island breeze as you dig into your delicious homemade meals and Anna Maria Island take-out. The primary bedroom offers a calming atmosphere perfect for catching up on much-needed sleep. The updated primary ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower and plenty of space for all your necessities. The second bedroom is bright with natural sunlight and fun décor and has ample closet space. The third bedroom is perfect for younger guests and has a tv for midday entertainment. The second and third bedrooms share the hallway bathroom with a shower and tub combination. Additionally, there is a sofa in the living area. Room Details-Primary Bedroom: King bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.-Second Bedroom: King bed and shared hallway bathroom.-Third Bedroom: Two twin beds and shared hallway bathroom.-Living Area: Queen sleeper sofa. Relax in your private backyard, where you and your guests can make a splash in the pool, lounge in the sun, and grill fresh, locally caught seafood. This rental is just a short walk away from Manatee Beach. Spend countless hours floating in the beautiful turquoise water and feel the warm sand cover your feet as you walk up to the tiki bar and beach café. If you plan on traveling with a large group, the Coconut Cottages have three other condos available for rent! Have the time of your life on Anna Maria Island and make memories that will last a lifetime.This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. There will be an additional pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals. Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed. Please see our AMI Locals Rental Policies for full details.*Please note: 3 cars maximum can park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company.We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age.
