Welcome to Coconut Cottage #2, an inviting ground-level condo just a minute’s walk from the beach! With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this vacation rental sleeps up to six guests. The bright and airy living area gives you and your guests a great place to relax, watch tv, and connect over effortless conversations. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and ample cabinet space for all your meal and snack essentials. There is a kitchen table for quick meals and an outdoor table for you and your guests to enjoy the island breeze as you dig into your inspired-island meals or Anna Maria Island take-out. The primary bedroom will make you feel like you never left the beach and has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a bright and warm atmosphere to ensure a smile on your guest’s face. The third bedroom is perfect for younger guests and has a tv for mid-day entertainment. The hallway bathroom features a shower and tub combination perfect for refreshing after a long day of Anna Maria Island activities. In addition to the three bedrooms, there is a sleeper sofa in the living area. Relax in your private backyard, where you and your guests can make a splash in the pool, lounge in the sun, and grill fresh, locally caught seafood. This rental is just a short walk away from Manatee Beach. Spend countless hours floating in the beautiful turquoise water and feel the warm sand cover your feet as you walk up to the tiki bar and beach café. If you plan on traveling with a large group, the Coconut Cottages have three other condos available for rent! Have the time of your life on Anna Maria Island and make memories that will last a lifetime.*Please note: 3 cars maximum can park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. There will be an additional pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals. Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.
