The living area is equipped with a large flat screen TV, perfect for enjoying movies as a group or watching the big game! The master bedroom with private ensuite bathroom feeds into a private tv area with a pull-out couch. Also on the main level you will find a comfortable queen bedroom just down the hall from the beautiful shared bathroom. Take a walk upstairs to find a lovely lofted queen bedroom with attached living area including a flat screen TV. Beachwalker Cottage is a quick 1 minute walk to beautiful gulf front beaches. Looking for extra space? Beachwalker cottage has an attached 1 bedroom apartment that can be rented as well!***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone."You are vacationing in a residential area.
