This secluded complex is conveniently located in the center of the island near the beach, restaurants, and shopping. With easy access to the free Anna Maria Island trolley, a car is not needed but there are two designated covered parking spaces and shared guest parking available as well. The complex includes a large, heated pool for easy access. Enjoy views of the pool and the mangroves from your private lanai. This unit sleeps up to six guests offering a king size bed, two twin beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room for extra space. There are Smart TV’s located in each bedroom as well as the living room. There is a 42” television in the living room and master bedroom and a 32” television in the guest bedroom. The bedrooms have ample closet space and ceiling fans. There is also a full-size washer and dryer conveniently located in the fully stocked kitchen. A private storage room located in the parking garage contains beach chairs and umbrella, beach wagon, and a large rolling cooler making trips to the beach seamless. The Cove at Sandy Pointe is a one-week minimum rental.Parking is limited to two vehicles.Not pet friendlyPlease be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night.
