Sunset views on Anna Maria Island won't get much better than this!This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury home's location also offers less than a 1-minute walk to the beach, and about a 3-minute walk to the small downtown area of Bradenton Beach located on Bridge Street. Here you will find shopping, dining, entertainment, live music, and fun beachy cocktails. You can also hop on the AMI Trolley, with a stop located just steps from Gulf View Beach House, and explore the other beautiful and interesting areas of the island very easily. It's a great area for families as well as groups of adult friends to hang out and enjoy the island's chill and laid-back vibes.The two Master Suites, one on the mid-level and one on the top-level, feature King beds and unobstructed Gulf Views. The remaining 3 bedrooms feature a King Bed, full over full bunk beds with a pull out twin trundle, and a set of twin bunk beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for 2 additional guests and a single sleeper sofa for 1 additional guest. The home will comfortably sleep 16 people. Besides its fantastic location and views, this home offers our guests some amazing amenities. It was designed so that the living, dining, and kitchen areas are on the top floor to allow for the best views. The open floor plan of this area and great room style design is perfect for families and friends gathering together. You'll love the ability to watch the sunset while you cook dinner, watch TV, or just enjoy the time with your family inside - or go out on the balcony or rooftop deck, or take the short walk to the beach and get the full experience.*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.
