This newly renovated, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is the perfect escape for your next vacation to Anna Maria Island! AMI Bay Breeze includes a king master with a walk-in shower ensuite bathroom, a king guest bedroom, 2 twins in the 2nd guest bedroom, and a large shared bathroom with a walk-in shower and the living room couch pulls out into a queen bed. The property provides a built-in laundry room with brand new washer and dryer as well as a fully stocked kitchen for cooking meals at home! If you didn't think the home could get any better, the outdoor area is a vacationers dream! The large pool with fully furnished patio is the perfect place to lounge in the sun or to dine al fresco. The outdoor bar provides a full size refrigerator, small sink for washing up, as well as plasticware to use by the pool. Enjoy the corn hole set or ping pong table for even more outdoor fun!***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.
