Pier Pleasure - Anna Maria at it's finest! Pool, hot tub, beach, putting green Luxury abounds in this lovely home on the north end of Anna Maria. Every inch of this home was built in a well thought out manor with elegance and comfort in mind. This magnificent and sprawling estate has four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and a bonus room children to congregate and play games. The bonus room is equipped with full beds and bunks. All other bedrooms have King size beds. The home is three stories with an elevator that goes to all floors, except for the roof top deck. The ground level will grab your attention with the spacious under roof, open air gathering area. This area has plenty of comfortable seating by the gas fireplace, an eight seat dining table, large flat screen TV, putting green and completed with an amazing pool and hot tub. Moving to the second floor, you will immediately be enchanted by the gorgeous views of the Tampa Bay and Sunshine Skyway. The spacious and comfortable semi-circular sofa gathers around the gas fire place and large flat screen TV. Then feast your eyes on the gourmet kitchen for even the most discerning chef in the family. While the Chef is making your fresh catch or favorite meal you can sit at the kitchen island, dining table or open air sun deck with the amazing blue/green waters that Anna Maria Island is famous for. There are also two bedrooms on the second floor each with its own bathroom. The third floor, like the second floor can be accessed by the stairs or the elevator. The second and third floors are separately cooled and the stairwell upstairs is glassed in with a door leading to the stairs. Once upstairs you will be introduced to the next bedroom, Master suite and bonus bunk room. Each bedroom has its own bath and king size beds. The master ensuite hast a state of the art bath and shower, dual sinks and features that give it the extra "WOW" factor. The views from the two bedrooms are fabulous and second to none! There is a balcony that overlooks the Tampa Bay and Sunshine Skyway Bridge. You can see for miles. Finally, we reach the roof top sundeck where you really can see for miles as well as having a birds eye view of the surrounding neighborhood. The breeze from up top is as amazing as the 360 degree views. This state of the art home is within walking distance to the Post Office, Pine Avenue shops and restaurants, the Rod and Reel Pier, the Anna Maria City Pier. Roser Church and the highly sought "Bean Point." This rental requires the non-refundable $55.00 damage protection/waiver.
