Example: We uphold the strictest covid-19 cleaning protocol and we’ve extended our check-in time between guests from 3 hours to now 24 hours to ensure a more thorough cleaning. So, come and enjoy a fun getaway or vacation in Cedar Key with great fishing, music and its special, quaint, artsy feel.======================================================================NOTE: Mellow Yellow is just a minute walk to the waters edge to view beautiful sunsets of the Gulf Coast. It is another few minute walk in the opposite direction to a quaint little Town Beach. (see picture). =====================================================================Cedar Key is an island city off the northwest coast of Florida, in the Gulf of Mexico known for it's fishing, music and a special, quaint, artsy feel. It is a quiet haven nearly untouched by the world. It is also known for it's Wildlife Refuge, a group of small islands with nature trails and rich birdlife. Cedar Key State Park offers nature trails and a 1930's museum center with period artifacts. The Historical Museum explores the town's past through photos, documents and Civil War items.This 2 bed (Queen and Trundle), 2 bath house is located 1 1/2 blocks from the Gulf of Mexico. The guest room bed is a trundle which opens to a king size and sleeps 2. Fully furnished, Washer/Dryer, Central A/C, Cable, full kitchen, front porch and screened back porch, iron, hair dryer. There is also a 2 car driveway (or 1 car and 1 boat).Within walking distance there is a lovely quaint town beach (see picture), water sports, restaurants, shopping, fishing, as well as great art and music. The nearest scalloping is North of Cedar key near Horseshoe beach and Steinhatchee.Thank you for your interest. I welcome you to my home and to the beautiful untouched island of Cedar Key!
