The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and adjacent bath. The glass lanai allows for easy access to the lawn and boardwalk for close up views of the Bay, boats, manatees and dolphins. Beautiful Mariner Pointe is also located on a direct access canal and offers boat slips for an additional fee. Beach towels, chairs and tennis rackets are available for your use.After a game of tennis or a round of golf cool off with a swim in one of the two pools, then stroll over to the private fishing pier and catch dinner. Two new Weber grills are right outside the door.
