Our unit is newly renovated with updated appliances and new furniture and Sanibel is finally ready for visitors after recovering from hurricane Ian. This spacious, light and airy dwelling we call Sanibel Serenity, is a top floor unit with lush foliage views. Situated in the building closest to the surf, you will be steps away from the beautiful gulf of Mexico and one of the top 3 shelling beaches in the world.Second floor unit that has been completely renovated. 2 bedrooms & 2 beautiful tile baths. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, sitting area, large walk-in closet and full bath. Guest bedroom has 2 queen beds, flat screen TV with DVD player and full bath outside bedroom door. Living room has 2 queen sleeper sofas, entertainment center with flat screen TV, DVD, & AM/FM stereo, CD & IPod player. Dining room table with 8 chairs and kitchen bar with 2 stools. Very light and bright. Fully equipped kitchen with Microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot -absolutely everything you would need and en suite laundry area with new washer & dryer. Other amenities include air conditioning and ceiling fans, hair dryers, ironing board and iron. -------------------Note from Blind Pass Condominiums during Hurricane Ian reconstruction : During your stay, you may encounter disruptions such as noise from work/delivery truck traffic on the property; ongoing renovation work in units; noise/dust from landscaping projects; and noise/dust from construction work on tennis and pickleball courts. Amenities such as the courts may not be fully available and are subject to temporary closure with little or no notice.While we will attempt to minimize the intrusions during your stay, all the work you will see and hear is necessary to fully restore the resort back to the paradise setting our guests have enjoyed over the years. Working hours will typically be between 8am – 4pm during the weekdays.Please NOTE: There will be no refunds for early departures due to concerns related to ongoing construction/renovation work on the property. Our clubhouse will be open Monday through Saturday, 9am-4pm. If you have any questions or concerns, our knowledgeable and friendly staff will be there to help.
