Come and enjoy a relaxing stay on the water in our "Rod Studio".We are located in St. James City and offer a studio with a queen bed, sitting area, and kitchen. The bathroom has a walk-in shower for easy in and out. There is a full kitchen with everything you need to enjoy making your own meals. There is a refrigerator, oven/stove, and microwave. If you don't feel like cooking, you can walk right next door to The Waterfront restaurant. There are also many other restaurants in the area. Great view! You can sit and sip your coffee and enjoy the water view while sitting in the screened lanai. You will see many forms of Florida wildlife!As we are located on Henley Canal, we have easy boat access to the water and are just a 15-minute boat ride away from Sanibel Island!
