You can rent kayaks nearby at 27 Dollar A Day Kayak Rental and Bait Shop, rent a pontoon at Sunny Cape Boats, go on a romantic sunset cruise through Summer Breeze Cruises, or book private sailboat lessons. Sail on a 27-foot Cape Dory Sailboat from nearby Edison Sailing Center.Outdoor living is out of this world at this splendid home! The private backyard is truly an entertainer's dream come true. Revel in a sparkling outdoor pool, a covered lanai, and an inviting lounge overlooking the saltwater canal. Host warm-weather cookouts by grilling on the provided gas grill.This retreat has a private dock, so feel free to rent a boat or kayak or bring your own vessel to explore the nearby Caloosahatchee River, which will take you right out to the Gulf of Mexico. It's so close that you might glimpse manatees and dolphins swimming right up the backyard.Inside, this water charmer has been tastefully decorated with a nautical theme with gorgeous pictures of sailboats and other sailing decor. The house has two separate areas, so it's perfect for two families that want privacy. The main area has a large dining room, a family room, and a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a large island. Prepare to show off your cooking skills and surprise your beloved family and friends with their favorite recipes! Then, gather in the inviting living area and enjoy an entertaining movie or show on the large TV. And if you are visiting during the cooler days, turn on the electric fireplace. Prepare refreshing beverages in the wet bar by the dining area. The separate area has two additional bedrooms. Both bathrooms have been fully renovated with modern fixtures and a rain shower.Things to KnowCheck-in time: 4:00 p.m.Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.The pool is unheated.All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
