This home has multiple unique living spaces giving everyone in your family/group space to roam and a large master chef's kitchen suited with luxury appliances including a double oven and robust coffee/espresso bar. Boat rentals delivered to house! OR bring your own boat and dock it at our 36' dock. Multiple boat drops within minutes of the home. Fish off the dock and seawall! Kayak the canals! Just a few minutes by boat to the Caloosahatchee River providing easy access to the Gulf and a 5 minute drive to the Downtown River District for all the dining and entertainment one could ask for! Your stay with us can be customized and tailored to your wishes whether you need fishing poles, bikes, kayaks, or even a private chef, we take great pride in providing our guests memories that last. There is a covered patio living area with a dining table for 10, plus an additional lounge setting. The 30-foot outdoor kitchen includes storage cabinets, a fireplace, a paradise grill barbecue, cooktop, & cocktail sink station, all installed with L.E.D lighting. In addition, the outdoor area has a weatherproof 65" TV and just below it you will find, pool floats, Jenga and Corn hole stored in the chest to enjoy with the family.As you make your way to the heated saltwater pool oasis, a 10 x 18 shaded pergola awaits with additional lounging options where you can relax by the large pool, converse with a glass of wine, or just take in the beautiful scenery. The outdoor swimming accommodations are truly remarkable. For you boat lovers, a 35-foot boat dock and captain walk await, whether you want to bring your boat or rent one through our local partner, we have the space to accommodate your boat docking! **We have a local boat rental partner who can deliver boats to the house. *Please inquire if interested in rentals**Pool can be heated upon request during non warm months*We can also accommodate RV’s (Please Inquire with host for rates). There is a designated driveway large enough for any size motor home and includes a 50-amp hookup plus a water hookup. For safety and liability purposes we kindly ask to not cross those ropes or enter into the areas below.1. Boat Lift: Owners boat is on the boat lift. You are more than welcome to rent a boat or bring your own boat and dock it at our 35' boat dock. There are multiple local boat drops in the area and provides easy access to the house. You can also rent a boat locally and they will deliver the boat to the house and also pick it up when you are done with it. If you are not familiar with the River, please contact Pure Imagination Management for tips. The boat dock is your designated boat area for docking purposes. ***If you need to rent a boat please inquire with host for details***2. Lifeguard StationThe life guard station is off limits. Please do not go up the stairs to prevent injury.In addition, we have designated cabinets with locks on them. Feel free to use any unlocked cabinets for your convenience. The garage doors will be locked. Besides that, the house is yours to enjoy to the fullest capacity and we look forward to hosting your amazing vacation stay. There is a driveway for two cars in front of the garage and an oversized driveway on the front side of the lot which up to three cars can park on. Please avoid parking in front of neighbor's houses. If you have more than five cars in your group we will have instructions prior to your arrival.WIFI AND STREAMINGThe entire house has high speed internet with extenders due to the size of the home. In addition we have provided Hulu and Disney + as a complimentary service on all of the 7 TV's for our guests. Feel free to log in and out to any of your other steaming services. KITCHEN Our kitchen is fully supplied for all your cooking and food storage needs. With each stay you will be provided a full roll of paper towels, 10 dishwashing pads, one sponge, 10 ziplock bags and 10 trash bags. We encourage recycling and have provided designated cans for your convenience. Cleaning products can be found under the sink.COFFEE BARThe coffee bar is fully stocked with a Keurig machine, Nespresso Machine and a regular coffee maker for your grounds. With each stay we will provide 6 assorted coffee K-Cups, 6 assorted tea K-Cups, and 4 Nespresso coffee pods + 4 espresso pods. The coffee bar will have 10 to-go cups and lids, assorted sugar and sugar alternatives, stirs, and coffee syrup. BATHROOMEach bathroom will be stocked with 4 towels, 4 wash cloth, and 4 face cloth plus each will have 2 new rolls of toilet paper, hairdryer, a box of Kleenex, and two sets of travel toiletries including a bar of soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.
