The comfortable living room is ideal for relaxing after a day of fun in the sun. All the bedrooms offer cozy accommodations, ensuring a restful night's sleep.The outdoor area is the real highlight of this property. The screened lanai is a tranquil spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The backyard is lush and private, perfect for sunbathing, reading a book, or simply taking in the tropical atmosphere. The pool is heated. You'll be just a short drive away from the beautiful Fort Myers beaches, where you can soak up the sun and swim in the warm Gulf waters. Enjoy the local restaurants and nightlife, or venture out to the nearby islands for a taste of true Florida adventure. We have 2 dock spots available, a 28ft space and an 18 foot space. We are located in a great boating area directly off of the Caloosahatchee River. Every bedroom is equipped with a smart TV and ceiling fan. The Primary bedroom has an ensuite full bath and a king bed.
