Island hop by boat, kayak, fish, explore the breathtaking waters of SW FL! Free RV hook-up if needed.Guest Access:Guests have access to the entire home. There is a locked single car garage on the right side of the home that is locked with the owners supplies. You and your guests still have full access to the 2 car garage to the left of the home.The Neighborhood:Quiet neighborhood and extremely safe, everything is in walking distance to shops and restaurants.Getting Around:can get around by walking, biking, kayak or boat.Other Things to Note:Complete privacy on open water on both sides. Safe quiet neighborhood in walking distance to restaurants and shopes.Interaction with Guests:I live 15 miles away, but I'm available if you have any issues. The home is self check in and out.
