Hemingway-esque Florida Escape, Boat and Available Boat Lift On Property, Welcome to our charming vacation home nestled in the heart of Matlacha, Florida – the artsiest fishing town in the Sunshine State located 45 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW).Our Hemingway-esque home features second floor living with two bedrooms and one bath, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. For larger groups, there's an option to expand your stay to our ground-floor bunk room with a 3/4 bath, accommodating an additional four guests. Experience the best fishing boating, and relaxation in the world right at your door step.“Salty Bones” boasts one bedroom with a king size bed, one bedroom with two twin size beds, and a queen pull out sofa in the living room. For larger groups, the ground floor offers an additional 10x14 bedroom with two full trundle beds and a bathroom with shower.Enjoy picturesque sunrises and sunsets from the newly renovated 2nd floor deck, or sit and watch the local catch of the day being brought in to the boat ramp directly across from the ground floor patio.Guests have access to the entire second floor living space, as well as all of the outside living space. For an additional fee, guests can add on the bunk room on the ground floor for an additional $150 per night.We aim to make your trip to Matlacha as stress free as possible and we have all the angles covered. There is a 2016 Scout 210 XSF Sport fishing boat on property with less than 200 hours that can be rented separately daily, with or without a captain. Have your own boat? Bring it along and store it on our second lift. Also, if you’re flying in and will need a rental vehicle, we offer 2 options: a 6-seater 2020 BMW x7 with 50,000 miles and a 5-seater 2024 Tesla Model Y with less than 1000 miles that can also be delivered to the airport and rented daily.
