The area is covered with a cage, so that annoying mosquitoes have no chance.Enjoy this absolutely quiet area with southeastern exposure; relax while reading a good book; observe the abundant wildlife (yes there is also a small alligator in the lake) or spend leisurely afternoons while barbecuing watching the sunsets.The house is fully equipped with everything you need in your home away from home.You can get to Golf courses within 10 minutes drive. The airport of Fort Myers International is also 10 minutes away and the beautiful beaches of Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach and Captiva are close by. For stays of at least 30 days, you will receive a 10% discount. SERVICE ANIMALS:It is our pleasure to accept your group and your service animal. Please answer the following questions legally allowed by the ADA regarding your service animal.1. Is the service animal required because of a disability?2. What work or task has the service animal been trained to perform?We do not charge extra for a service animal, nor do we increase the security deposit.
