New 2-Level Home: Heated Pool, Spa, Steps to Beach 24-0021This is a new three-bedroom, two-bath private two-level home with heated swimming pool and spa that is close to the beach and conveniently located at the northern end of Fort Myers Beach in a quiet residential neighborhood on a tropically landscaped lot. You will love the location of this home and the convenience of being able to walk to everything during your stay. Seven miles of white sugar sand beach are waiting for you at the end of Delmar at the deeded beach access right across Estero Blvd. Be close to all the action of Times Square here, including the awesome Margaritaville Resort. Charter boats, jet-skis, and parasailing rentals are within walking distance. Take pleasure in a day trip on the Key West Ferry. Hop the Beach Trolley at the stop on the corner of Estero Blvd. and you can explore the retail shops, local tourism sites and eateries that Estero Island has to offer. The trolley runs regularly between Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Springs. Amenities of this vacation destination include a heated swimming pool with spillover spa, outdoor shower poolside, a gas BBQ grill, central air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, complimentary WiFi, all towels and linens and private laundry. There is ample off-street parking and one garage space beneath the home. Enter via steps to an open, nicely furnished and covered front deck, then through the front door into the open plan living, dining and kitchen areas with volume ceilings. There is beautiful wood tile flooring throughout. The kitchen is a chef's delight and has a pantry and plenty of cabinets and quartz counter space with tile backsplash. Appliances are all stainless-steel and include a dishwasher, glass-top four burner range with self-cleaning oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and refrigerator/freezer with two refrigerator doors and pull-out freezer drawer with ice-maker. The water and ice dispenser is located in one of the doors. There is a European style stainless steel sink with disposal and a Keurig coffee maker. A quartz-top island has cabinets and drawers on the kitchen side with four bar stools on the dining and living area side. Everything is available to prepare full course meals if so desired. Just bring the food! There is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The adjacent dining area has a table seating eight, which flows nicely into the living area with an L-shaped sofa with pull-out bed on one side, accent tables, all on an area rug. Opposite the seating area is a credenza with large wall-mounted flat screen TV above.The master bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed with night stands and lamps on an area rug, ample closet space and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The en suite bath has a quartz vanity with dual lavatories, full wall mirror and storage space beneath, commode niche and very nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass door. The first guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps on an area rug, ample closet space and wall-mounted flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom has two bunk beds, one with full on the bottom and single on top, the other with two singles on an area rug, ample closet space and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The adjacent guest bathroom has a quartz vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, wall mirror, commode and a nicely tiled combination tub/shower with rain shower head.On the lower level there is secure access to the fenced in back yard with heated swimming pool and spillover spa on a pavered deck and outdoor furnishings, a gas grill and outdoor poolside shower.
