Amazing 4 King, 3 Bath, Pool, Tiki Bar Home One Block to the Beach! This 4 king bedroom,3 bath home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is a half block from all the restaurants and shops of Estero Blvd. It is one block to the pristine white sands of Fort Myers Beach. Five blocks away is Times Square with its quant shops and restaurants . Enjoy the heated pool and tiki bar in the back yard. The Bar has a 42 inch flat screen TV, ice maker, refrigerator and blender. BBQ some fresh seafood from our local markets on your gas grill. Upstairs is a spacious fully equipped kitchen, the dining area seats 8, a large living room with a queen size sofa bed, a king size murphy bed and a 50 inch flat screen TV, 2 bathrooms, 2 decks, a laundry, and 2 king bedrooms each with a TV . Downstairs is 2 king bedroom apartment. The living room has a queen sofa bed, a flat screen TV and sitting area. The kitchen is fully equipped, seats 6 and a full bath. Also next to the pool is an outdoor shower for pool use or for the larger person in your group. Provided are many items such as pool toys, beach toys, beach towels, beach wagon and a rolling cooler. For the youngsters there is a highchair, porta crib, stroller games and toys. Heavenly Tropics is managed by our family in order to offer better rates and service to our guests. Check in is 4:00 PM Check out is 10:00 AMEarly check in and late check out can be purchased for $25 per hour.
