The location is an absolute dream for boaters with it located only 6 minutes to the open water.A path takes you to your boat dock. The well-kept Tiki Hut invites you to linger.The villa is furnished with great attention to detail, it is modern and unique with selected highlights. Vaulted ceilings in the large living room make it feel open and airy. The modern sofa also offers sleeping accommodation for up to 2 people in a pull out option. You won't miss a game on the large flat screen TV. The large kitchen offers bar seats and a spacious dining room area for all your entertaining needs. Top of the line appliances and kitchen accessories are inviting you to spend an evening creating gourmet dinners. For those that need to work there is also an office area and free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The master suite has direct pool access, a king size bed and the Master bathroom features a tub, separate walk-in steam shower, and double vanities and walk in closet. Another king size bed is in the 2nd bedroom, the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have a flatscreen TV and plenty of storage. The outdoor area invites you to relax, surrounded by plants and palm trees, which provide an island feel. The large screened in lanai offers a heated pool & spa, comfortable sun loungers, a fire table, and a 2 piece bathroom. The large triple sliding doors can be easily opened to the terrace to complement the open room concept. The covered terrace area with a gas grill and an outdoor dining area with a flat screen TV.gives you the opportunity to spend cozy BBQ evenings outdoors. Our guests will also have access to a garage. For your enjoyment this Villa has bikes and water toys. Cape Coral is a waterway dream. Explore the tropical waterways and the natural beaches. You can reach the most beautiful beaches of Fort Myers Beach and the surrounding islands Sanibal and Captiva the quickest way. It is also just 30 minutes from the Fort Myers airport and 5 minutes from many local restaurants, shops and the Yacht Club.Electric is not included and will be charged by actual consumption and must be paid on site at check-out.Smoking is not permitted in this villa. Pets are allowed with a further damage deposit. Please contact us in advance.You will be looked after on site by our bilingual property management team in German or English.We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in.
