High ceilings throughout and very high interior doors, crown molding in living room, kitchen and tray ceilings, large mudroom/laundry room, walk-in closets, and very large under truss lanai with paver pool deck. From location to the finishes, this home has been built to impress.Electric fee is included up to USD 10.00 per day - after that we charge USD 0.20 per kWh for the electric usage. Please pay the amount due at the check-out. NO PETS ALLOWED!The number of guests needs to be properly addressed and included in the booking confirmation in order to stay at the house. Please understand that we will charge the additional guests or pet fee and a penalty fee of USD 500/week for incorrect or false information in reference to number of guests and/or violating the pet policy.Children over age 3 are counted as paying guests. Nightly rate includes up to 4 guests; additional supplement per person from the 5th person: USD 20.00/night.Boat lift and/or boat dock usage only with approval.NO PARTIES OR YOUNG GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARSOur terms and conditions apply!We charge a service fee (credit card fee) of 5% plus taxes for all additional charges.Please keep in mind that Cape Coral is one of the fastest growing city and construction work is everywhere in this area.
