The open kitchen is a chef's paradise with stainless steel appliances and all the utensils needed to prepare exquisite homemade meals and beach snacks. The living area opens onto a screened lanai with a heated outdoor pool with an attached spill-over pool spa, a covered patio with an outdoor dining area, and a well-equipped grilling station.The spacious main suite has a smart TV and a luxe en suite bath with dual vanities, a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and a huge walk-in closet. There is a second main suite with an en suite bath and access to the pool deck. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom.Things to KnowCheck-in time: 4:00 p.m.Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 7 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
