Inside, you'll step into the inviting main living area, featuring a cozy dining area for two, a desk and chair for productivity, and two comfortable armchairs with a coffee table for relaxation.The kitchen boasts retro-style appliances, quartz counters, hardwood cabinets, a convenient 2-burner hot plate, and a coffee maker. Towards the back of the studio, you'll find a full-sized bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. The stackable washer and dryer, exclusively for your use, are conveniently located here as well.The King-size bed offers a comfortable retreat, and a wall-mounted TV on a swivel mount ensures entertainment from the bedroom, kitchen, and dining area.As part of our complex, you'll have access to shared on-site amenities, including convenient parking, a peaceful courtyard, and a lovely patio with chairs and a table, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Fire up the BBQ grill and savor a delicious meal in the open air.Situated just a little over 5 miles away from the beautiful Bonita and Barefoot Beaches, as well as Docs Beach House, you'll have easy access to sun, sand, and surf. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all of your needs while you are staying in this property. It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 30 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport. This is a self check in property with a coded door code that gets changed in between every reservation and your code is only active during your times of your reservation and we can accommodate early and late check outs upon request, if available.
