Luxury in Paradise!! Tropical Island Hideaway Beautifully Appointed Home in Bokeelia. Lots of light. Peaceful, private and relaxing atmosphere at one with nature. The grounds are zero-scaped with Florida tropical plantings allowed to grow naturally. This vacation home is well lit with lots of windows and natural light. The choices of colors, tiles, counters and furnishings create this wonderful tropical vacation home. Located on a gulf access canal with a boat lift for a small fee. Awesome Screened lanai with water views. Use of boat dock included. Lift use for a fee when available. Fenced Yard. NOTE: The months of January, February and March require full month bookings (no weekly or daily bookings). If the calendar shows that a portion of one of these months has been booked, please inquire with manager to possibly arrange to rent the remainder of that month. Otherwise, any request for a partial month will be declined. ALSO: Security/damage deposit for these months will be $1000.00.You have all of the benefits of having our staff available 24 hours a day during your stay.
