You are close to the Arnold Palmer Championship Golf Course and many others!ur home is a two-bedroom Amelia III 2/2 Courtyard Villa and has been upgraded with granite counters in the kitchen and both Baths, and has brand new stainless steel appliances with natural gas cooktop. The Kitchen has white cabinets with Pull-Out Shelves, luxury vinyl flooring in the kitchen has a closet pantry, and offers an additional built-in with extra storage and a granite countertop. The Main Living/Dining area feels even more spacious with vaulted ceilings and the 2 Sliders offer easy access to enjoy the wonderfully private outdoors with a nice-sized patio, high privacy walls. screened Lanai is a perfect spot to enjoy your own little slice of heaven. The Master Suite offers direct access to the Lanai, and the En-Suite Bath has a Spacious Walk-in Closet, Granite Counters with Sit-down Vanity, and a Tiled Shower. The Guest Room has a full bath (with a Tub/Shower Combination and Granite Counters), making for a very comfortable private suite for your occasional guests. Many extras include upgraded light fixtures, blinds, window treatments, Painted drive, and the Garage will hold 1 car and 1 golf cart. plus, Located in the very popular village of Bonnybrook, you have 6 pools, golf courses, recreation centers, and major shopping within a few minutes by golf cart. The kitchen is fully stocked, complete with bakeware, a coffee maker, and all the plates and utensils you need. If you like to BBQ you can grill out on the patio with the Weber electric grill (brand new). The master bedroom has a king bed as well as a queen in the spare bedroom. The washer and dryer are located in our garage. The backyard is surrounded by a lush, green landscape that gives you even extra privacy. We have on order new entertainment, smart TV, recliner, king-size bed, and new dining set. Due to Covid all furniture is delayed, should be added by Feb. 2022
